Job Description:	We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead to oversee technical development, design scalable solutions, and lead a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software architecture, full-stack development, and mentoring development teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture, requirements, and timelines. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and performance best practices. Conduct code reviews and improve development processes. Drive innovation and evaluate emerging technologies. Manage the end-to-end software lifecycle, from concept to delivery. Required Skills: Proficiency in .NET / Java / Node.js / Python / Angular / React (based on stack). Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines. Expertise in database design (SQL/NoSQL). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good to Have: Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Experience leading distributed or hybrid teams. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
