We are seeking an experienced QA Specialist to lead and enhance our software quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining effective testing strategies, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
Manage end-to-end QA processes for complex software systems.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues through resolution.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Automate repetitive test cases using appropriate automation frameworks.
Implement continuous testing practices in CI/CD environments.
Mentor and guide junior QA team members.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in manual and automation testing.
Hands-on expertise with tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, Postman, and Jenkins.
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Experience in API testing, performance testing, and test automation frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.
Good to Have:
Experience with cloud-based testing (AWS/Azure).
Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).
Familiarity with security testing and mobile testing.
